Booking and Payment:

•A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.

 

Refund Policy:

•Full refund if canceled 7 days or more prior to the charter date.

 

No Show:

•Guests not attending the charter are responsible for 100% of the trip fees.

 

Weather:

•If the company needs to cancel the trip due to a hurricane alert, high winds-waves, or port closure, guests can choose between:

•A full refund.

•Rescheduling the trip at no additional cost.

 

 

 

* Guest agrees to be fully responsible for all furnished equipment aboard the yacht. Guests agrees to pay Oceanline Yachts the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipment. Guest agrees these charges may be placed on their credit card on file.
