Booking and Payment:

•A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.

 

Refund Policy:

•Full refund if canceled 14 days or more prior to the charter date.

 

No Show:

•Guests not attending the charter are responsible for 100% of the trip fees.

 

Weather:

In the event of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the charter may be rescheduled based on availability, and the itinerary may be adjusted or modified at the captain’s discretion to ensure the safety of all guests. If the Captain determines that conditions are not safe to operate, a rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost, or a full refund (100%) will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.

Cancellation by provider:

In the event of mechanical failure or force majeure, a similar or higher-category yacht will be offered, or a full refund will be provided.

 

 

 

* Guest agrees to be fully responsible for all furnished equipment aboard the yacht. Guests agrees to pay Oceanline Ventures the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipment. Guest agrees these charges may be placed on their credit card on file.
